This hat has a furry pom pom attached by a snap to the top.  The hat measures 19" around and stretches to 27".  The length is 8".  The length and can be adjusted by rolling up the bottom of the hat or pulling down the top of the hat to form a slouch off the back of the head.  
The hat is made with acrylic yarn for easy laundering. Make sure to remove the pom pom using the snap as it's best not to wash or dry the pom pom.  
The hats are not returnable. Please check size before purchasing.
